SUPERVISED VISITATIONS: Typically allows the visiting parent or child to select the setting for visitation between child and parent. When a child selects the setting it usually gives them a  feeling of security about the location.

I strive to make every visit experience fun, comfortable, relaxing and successful for the entire family. I have several suggestions available for a setting that is fun, safe and successful.

Procedures:

  1. After getting your phone call and taking information on your particular circumstances, we will proceed to the intake process.
  2. Intake interview is the collection of data, copies and collection of fee.
  3. You will bring copies of most recent court orders, minute order and restraining order if any, driver license, among other items I will request.  Various Forms need to be filled out with your acceptance signature.
  4. After meeting with all parties involved, we will proceed to set up a visitation schedule.

Fees:

  • Intake Fee: $50.00 per person, for intake interviews and forms.
  • Monitored Visitation: $45 per hour, 2 hour minimum
  • Monitored Exchanges: (intake form necessary): $25.00 per exchange
  • Summary report of  Visit:  Including general info (date, time, major complications with visits)  No cost and provided to all parties.
  • If additional details are needed, a more detailed report can be requested for an additional fee.
  • Other costs for Court Appearances, Late Fees, Cancellation Fees and No Show fees are described during intake process.
  • Rates subject to change based on case level/complexity.

With my extensive 30 year accounting background and other experiences with divorce cases, I can handle almost any bookkeeping needs you might have. Some examples are. : Calculating self-employed income calculation, calculations for child support with different scenarios with the disso master. Also, if you need help organizing and calculating household expenses, medical reimbursement expenses, travel costs, interpret tax returns (especially self-employed), data entry or any other services needed.

Fees:

  • My standard rate is $20 per hour. Depending on complexity or simplicity, a rate can be negotiated.
